I want to link to Frank Turk’s post which is a theological reflection on the Virginia Tech shooting. This is very insightful and I really hope everyone will take the time to read this. Here’s the link: www.centuri0n.blogspot.com

“‘What is God allowing?’ The glib answer to the question is, ‘God is allowing evil deeds,’ but in fact God is allowing us to prove that we are what He has said we are.”
What a great statement. Of course it was all good stuff. But this one in particular.
My heart is so quick to condemn not only mass murderers but adulterers, those who rage against me, those who lie, cheat and steal. But if I point my finger I am doing nothing more than deceiving myself. Who am I? Where would I be, what would I do, were it not for the grace of God?
